Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TravelBusWithUs.ink, we aim to provide a transparent and fair cancellation process. Since we facilitate bookings with various bus operators, the following standardized refund policy applies to all reservations made through our WhatsApp desk (+91 85888 46667).

1. Cancellation Schedule

Refund eligibility is calculated based on the time remaining before the scheduled departure from the first boarding point:

Time of Cancellation Request Refund Percentage
More than 24 hours before departure 90% of base fare
Between 12 to 24 hours before departure 50% of base fare
Less than 12 hours before departure No Refund / 0%

2. How to Process a Refund

All refund requests must be initiated via our official WhatsApp support number. Please provide your **Ticket ID** and **Mobile Number**. The timestamp of your WhatsApp message will be considered the "Request Time" for calculating the refund percentage.

Full Refunds (100%): In the event that a bus is cancelled by the operator due to mechanical failure, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances, passengers are entitled to a 100% full refund of the amount paid.

3. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to reach the boarding point by the departure time, the ticket will be treated as a "No-Show." No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for No-Show cases. We strongly recommend reaching your boarding point 20 minutes prior to the schedule.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by our Gurugram desk, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card) within **5 to 7 business days**.
